摘  要:采用溶剂挥发法形成了对糜烂性毒剂芥子气有快速响应和高选择性的聚合物纳米膜,以理论计算法得到其膜厚约为40nm,并采用循环伏安法对该膜进行了表征。研制的声表面波化学传感器响应速度快(最初响应时间〈10s),选择性好,检测范围宽(10~200mg/m^3),灵敏度高(2mg/m^3)。The polymer nanometer film for the surface acoustic wave chemical sensor was prepared by solvent volatilization method. The film is highly selective and responds rapidly to blister agent mustard. Its thickness calculated theoretically, was approximately 40 ram. The film was then characterized by cyclic vohammetry. The developed surface acoustic wave chemical sensor possesses a number of good qualities: quick response(the initial response time is less than 10 s), good selectivity, wide detection range( 10-200 mg/m^3) and high sensitivity(2 mg/m^3).
