摘 要:采用循环伏安法(CV)和微分脉冲溶出伏安法(DPSV)对抗病毒药泛昔洛韦(FCV)在NaOH修饰电极上的阳极溶出伏安行为进行了研究。在pH=3.0的Britton—Robinson(B—R)缓冲底液中,泛昔洛韦在+1.24V有一良好的氧化峰,线性范围为8~100μmol/L,检出限为0.52μmol/L,对实际样品进行了测定,并对泛昔洛韦的电极反应机理作了探讨。The voltammetric property of famciclovir was studied by cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse anodic stripping voltammetry at a NaOH-modified glassy carbon electrode. An oxidative peak of famciclovir was obtained by cyclic vohammetry in pH 3 B - R buffer solution, and the peak potential was at + 1.24 V. The peak current was linear to the concentration of famciclovir ranging from 8 - 100μmol/L and the detection limit was 0. 52μmol/L. The determination of famciclovir has been performed and the reaction mechanism of electrochemical oxidation of famciclovir at the modified electrode has been studied too.
