高纯硅溶胶成分标准物质的制备

摘　　要：采用离子交换法实现了高纯硅溶胶主成分与众多杂质离子的分离,并制备了高纯硅溶胶标准物质。多家实验室采用原子吸收光谱、电感耦合等离子体发射光谱、离子色谱等不同原理的方法协同定值;利用称量法对二氧化硅含量进行定值;用方差统计方法对定值结果进行数据处理和不确定度评定。Certified reference material of the high - purity silicasol was prepared by removing impurity ions from the high purity silicasol according to the ion exchange resin. The impurity ions in high purity silicasol standard material were certificated by atomic absorption spectrometry, inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry and Ion chromatography in several laboratories, and the content of silica dioxide was certificated by weighing. The analytical data was processed and the uncertainty was calculated with va- riance analysis method.
