摘　　要：以麻黄碱血中浓度作为指标通过比较动物口服与直肠给予小儿哮喘灌肠剂后的麻黄碱的药动学参数，证实了该灌肠剂直肠给药比口服给药吸收快，生物利用度高。The comparison of pharmacodynamic parameter of ephedrine in Xiaoerxiaochuan Enema between after oral and rectum administration to animals,using the ephedrine concentration inblood as an index ,indicated that the rectum adminstration showed quicker absorption and higher bioavailability than oral adminstration.
