摘　　要：生物信息学已成为整个生命科学发展的重要组成部分,是生命科学研究的前沿领域。本文介绍了生物信息学研究对象、技术、数据库、研究现状等,并对生物信息学在农作物抗性基因研究中的应用进行了综述,最后对生物信息学的发展前景作了展望。Bioinformatics is an important component of the whole life science. It has become the advanced research domain of life science. This paper introduced the research subject, the main technologies, biology database and its current status, and summarized the applications of bioinformatics to agriculture, such as cropper resistance. At last the foreground of bioinformatics was prospected.
