摘 要:开发了一种新型的丙烯酸系列阳极电泳涂料,着重研究了各种丙烯酸单体的配比,尤其是丙烯酸及甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯的比例与被涂金属的耐腐蚀性能及电泳工艺条件的关系;利用1HNMR方法对比电泳涂料的原始组成与电泳到样件上物质的组成,以确定电泳液的稳定性;研究了不同的固化剂对涂层性能的影响,最终得到一种性能优良的、实用的阳极电泳涂料.A novel acrylic anodic electrophoretic coating was developed. The relationship of the proportion of several monomers of acrylic esters, especially that of acrylic acid and hydroxyethyl methacrylate as functional monomer, to the anti-corrosive property of the coated metal and the electrophoretic process condition, was discussed emphatically, as well as the effect of different hardening agents upon the performance of the coating. The stability of the coating fluid was also investigated by contrasting the composition of the original coating with that of the coating surface by ^1HNMR. The results showed the anodic electrophoretic coating presented here is of good quality and practicability.
