摘  要:目的:建立2型糖尿病家兔模型,研究大叶蛇葡萄总黄酮对糖尿病家兔的降糖作用及机理。方法:通过给家兔饲以高脂高糖饲料并耳缘静脉注射链脲佐菌素(streptozotocin,STZ),建立2型糖尿病(Type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)兔模型,给药5周后检测家兔空腹血糖浓度,血清中一氧化氮(NO)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)水平,观察肾脏组织病理变化。结果:制备出稳定的T2DM家兔模型。证实大叶蛇葡萄总黄酮可明显降低糖尿病家兔血糖,减轻其肾组织损害,显著抑制iNOS的活性,稳定血清NO的含量。结论:大叶蛇葡萄总黄酮对T2DM有一定的治疗作用。Objective:to establishment Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM) Model on Rabbit and study the effect and mechanism of total flavone of Ampleopsis (TFA) on blood sugar of diabetes rabbit. Methods: The rabbits were intravenous injected the streptozotoncin (STZ) after received high fat and high sucrose diet to induce T2DM. Giving medicine for 5 weeks and measuring the blood sugar of each group timely. The level of nitricoxide synthase (NOS) and nitricoxide (NO) in serum was detected before and after taking medicines respectively. The pathological changes of the kidneys were observed by HE stained. Results : Successful T2DM rabbit model can be induced by the methods above. TFA could decline T2DM rabbits'blood sugar and released kidney damages of T2DM rabbits. It could restrain the activity of the iNOS and stabilize the NO content in T2DM rabbit's serum. Conclusion : TFA has certain therapeutical function on T2DM.
