聚硅氧烷季铵盐抗菌柔软整理剂的合成

摘　　要：以α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷(WS-62M)、N-β-氨乙基-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷(SG-Si900)和3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵(CHPTA)为原料,合成了聚硅氧烷季铵盐抗菌柔软整理剂,用其整理的织物具有较好的抗菌性和柔软的手感。合成氨基硅油的最佳条件为:n(WS-62M)∶n(SG-Si900)=1·33,三乙胺质量分数1·55%(相对于WS-62M和SG-Si900的总质量),反应温度120℃,反应时间10h,在0·01MPa下抽真空0·51h;合成聚硅氧烷季铵盐的最佳条件为:m(异丙醇)/m(RASI+CHPTA)=1∶1,n(NaOH)∶n(CHPTA)=1∶1,反应温度80℃,反应时间3h。The antibacterial and softening agent of quaternary ammonium functional polysiloxane was prepared with α,ω-dihydroxydimethylpolysiloxane (WS-62M), N-β-aminoethyl-γ-aminopropyl-trimethoxysilane (SG-Si 900) and 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride as materials. The treated fabrics was soft and had good antibiotic property. The optimum reaction conditions of reactivity amino-containing silicone oil were that n(WS-62M)∶ n(SG-Si 900) =1.33∶1, the mass fraction of triethylamine was 1.55%(relative to the total weight of WS-62M and SG-Si 900), the temperature was 120℃, reaction time was 10 hours, and vacuum time under the pressure of 0.01 MPa was 0.5～1 hour. The optimum reaction conditions of quaternary ammonium functional polysiloxane were that m(isopropanol) / m(RASI+CHPTA) =1∶1, n(NaOH)∶n(CHPTA)=1∶1, reaction temperature was 80℃, and reaction time was 3 hours.
