解毒活血法治疗冠心病(热毒瘀结型)临床观察及其对CRP、vWF的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察解毒活血法治疗冠心病(热毒瘀结型)的临床疗效及对血浆C-反应蛋白(CRP)、血管性假性血友病因子(vWF)的影响。方法:将147例患者随机分为2组。治疗组87例,应用解毒活血法组成的解毒活血方(由金银花、玄参、当归、川牛膝、川芎、丹参等组成)治疗。对照组60例,应用复方丹参片治疗。结果:显效率、总有效率治疗组分别为55．17％、93．10％;对照组分别为21．67％、63．33％,2组比较,差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0．01)。治疗后治疗组vWF、CRP均明显降低,与治疗前比较,差异有显著性或非常显著性意义(P<0．05,P<0．01);其中CRP与对照组治疗后比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0．05)。结论:运用解毒活血法治疗冠心病热毒瘀结型疗效显著,可明显改善临床症状,并能降低CRP、vWF水平。Objective: To observe the curative effect of Jiedu Huoxue therapeutic method (JHM) for coronary heart disease (heat-toxin stagnation type) and its influence on C - reaction protein (CRP) of plasma and vascular von Willebrand factor (vWF). Methods: 147 cases were allocated to 2 groups randomly. The treatment group (87 cases) was treated by JHM ( composed of Flos Lonicerae, Radix Scrophulariae, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Radix Cyathulae, Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Radix Salviae Milti-orrhizae); the control group (60 cases) by compound Salvia Miltiorrhiza tablets. Results: In treatment group, the marked effective rate and total effective rate were 55. 17% and 93. 10% respectively and 21.67% and 63. 33% in control group respectively ( P < 0. 01). After treatment, the vWF and CRP of treatment group were markedly decrease, comparison with before treatment showed (P < 0. 05, P < 0.01), the comparison of CRP of treatment group with control group after treatment showed (P < 0. 05). Conclusion: JHM possesses marked effect for coronary heart disease with heat-toxin stagnation type, marked improve clinical symptoms, decrease the level of CRP and vWF and supply the basis for the treatment of coronary heart disease.
