中药足浴和凯时治疗糖尿病足106例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中药足浴和前列地尔脂微球载体(商品名为凯时)联合治疗糖尿病足(DF)的有效性和安全性。方法:选择WAGNER分级0级的DF患者106例,随机分为2组。治疗组56例,对照组50例。2组均予严格控制血糖、血压、血脂。在此基础上,治疗组每日给予糖足一号协定方足浴30min和凯时针10UG加入生理盐水50ml中静脉推注3h,对照组给予凯时针静脉推注,剂量方法同前,疗程4周。结果2组下肢各级动脉血管内径和峰值流速较治疗前均有改善,治疗组的足背动脉血管内径和峰植流速的改善较对照组更显著。结论中药足浴和凯时治疗0级DF安全有效。[Objective] To explore the efficacy and safety of combination of foot bath of Chinese medicine and Kaishi on diabetic foot （DF）. [Method] Select 106 cases of DF under the grade 0 in WAGNER classification, and which were randomly divided into 2 groups, 56 cases in treatment group, 50 control group. Both were treated by strictly controlling blood sugar, pressure and lipid. Based on above, the treatment one was treated with foot bath of Tangzu Xiediang Fang No. 1 and intravenous drip 3h with Kaishi needle 10UG added with normal saline 50ml; the control one with Kaishi same as treatment group, both for 4 weeks. [Result] The summit flow speed and internal diameter of all levels of artery vessel were improved for both groups compared with before treatment, and those in the foot back of the treatment group were improved more than the control one. [Conclusion] The said method is safe and efficient in treating DF of grade 0.
