摘　　要：将可靠性理论和优化计算方法应用到矿用汽车轮边减速器设计中,建立轮边减速器的可靠性优化数学模型。通过MATLAB概论率工具箱求解随机变量的可靠度系数和优化工具箱寻求最优设计参数。降低矿用汽车轮边减速器的外型尺寸、提高了轮边减速器的使用寿命。In this paper, Reliability theory and optimization algorithm are used in the design of mining truck＇ s wheel hub reducer, and established its reliability optimization mathematical model. Solving the reliability coefficient of the random variable by means of MATLAB ＇ s Probability toolbox and searching the optimum parameter by means of optimization toolbox. This method has been used in the design of mining truck＇ s wheel hub reducer, reducing its volume and improving its service life.
