摘 要:目的 测定茜草不同炮制饮片的微生物含量,为制定合理的茜草饮片微生物限度和质量标准提供实验依据。探讨饮片微波灭菌技术的实际可行性。方法 依据2005版药典微生物限度检查项下方法进行测定。结果 所有茜草饮片均未检查出螨虫和大肠杆菌。茜草生品饮片微生物数量过多,微波灭菌后显著降低。茜草炭符合药典“散剂”微生物限度标准。结论 建立茜草、茜草炭饮片微生物限度具有可行性,微波灭菌处理可以降低茜草饮片霉菌和细菌数量。Objective To provide an experimental foundation for drafting out a rational microbe limitation and quality standard of different decoction pieces of Radix Rubiae through determining the content of microorganism. Inquire into the feasibility of using technology of microwave sterilization for decoction pieces. Method: To determine in accordance with the method of microbe limitation checking in the appendix of Pharmacopoeia (2005). Result The mycete and the bacteria have not been checked out in every decoction pieces of Radix Rubiae. The number of microbes is more than the normal level in decoction pieces of Radix Rubiae, but drops strikingly after microwave sterilization. The microbes of the charry decoction pieces of Radix Rubiae are in line with microbe limitation standard of "powder" of the Pharmacopoeia. Conclusion: It is possible to establish a microbe limitation of decoction pieces of Radix Rubiae and charry decoction pieces of Radix Rubiae. The microbes of Radix Rubiae have been reduced after treaded by microwave sterilization.
