升白口服液对急性辐射损伤小鼠的防治研究

摘　　要：目的研究中药升白口服液对急性辐射损伤小鼠的防治作用。方法采用6.0Gy60Coγ线急性辐射造成动物模型,观察升白口服液对照射前后小鼠血象变化的影响。结果升白口服液对照射前后小鼠外周血白细胞、红细胞及血小板的影响,与对照组相比有明显差异,可明显加速血小板的恢复,显著提高急性放射病小鼠的30d存活率。结论升白口服液对急性辐射损伤小鼠有明显的防治作用。Objective To investigate the effect of Shengbai oral liquid on acute radiation injury in mice irradiated with 6.0 Gy^60 Coγ- rays. Methods To observe the changes in blood cells of the mice after 6.0 Gy^60 Coγ- ray irradiation. Results After irradiation, the changes in blood cells of the mice were obviously different from the control group （P〈0. 01 ）. Shengbai oral liquid could accelerantly renew the number of PLT of mice and improve distinctly the rate of survival 30 d of acute radiation injury in mice. Conclusion Shengbai oral liquid can sigificantly exert preventive effect against radiation injury in mice.
