抗菌药物的使用与铜绿假单胞菌的耐药率变迁

摘　　要：目的调查近年来抗菌药物的使用与铜绿假单胞菌的耐药率变迁情况,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供科学依据。方法对临床送检标本中分离的铜绿假单胞菌进行药物敏感试验,并对这些标本的抗菌药物使用情况进行分析。结果铜绿假单胞菌的耐药率随着抗菌药物使用的增加呈逐年上升趋势,对头孢曲松的耐药率从57.14%上升到71.05%,对头孢噻肟的耐药率从46.67%上升到57.89%。结论治疗铜绿假单胞菌感染时,需根据药物敏感试验结果及患者病情合理选用抗菌药物。Objective To investigate the application of antimicrobials and the drug resistance rate diversity of Pseudomonas Aerginosa in recent years, in order to supply service to the rational application of antimicrobials. Methods To carry the drug sensitive test of Pseudomonas Aerginosa isolated from the clinical samples and to analyze the application of relative antimicrobials. Results The drug resistance rate of Pseudomonas Aerginosa showed a increasing tendency along with increasing of the application of antimicrobials, ceftriaxone and eefotaxime resistance rate increased from 57. 14% to 71.05% ,from 46. 67% to 57.89% ,respectively. Conclusion To treat the infection of Pseudomonas Aerginosa should according to the results of drug sensitive test and the clinical syndrome of patients.
