摘  要:目的了解下呼吸道感染患者病原菌分布及常见致病菌的耐药情况。方法对嘉兴市第一医院2005年1~12月980株细菌的培养和药物敏感试验结果进行回顾性分析和统计。结果2308例标本中共分离出致病菌980株,其中革兰氏阳性(G+)球菌92株(9.39%),革兰氏阴性(G-)菌668株(68.16%),真菌220株(22.45%);G+球菌对万古霉素高度敏感,对呋喃妥因敏感性较好,对其他抗菌药物敏感性较差;G-菌对亚胺培南高度敏感,对哌拉西林/他唑巴坦和第3代头孢类药物也较敏感。结论分离菌株耐药现象普遍存在,临床应重视病原学检查,开展细菌耐药性监测,合理使用抗生素。Objective To understand the pathogens distribution of lower respiratory tract infection and present conditions of the common pathogens drug- resistance. Methods To perform the retrospective analysis and the statistics for the antimicrobial susceptibility testing of all the clinical isolates from January to November 2005 in Jiaxing First Hospital. Results Of 980 strains pathogens separated from 2 308 samples, 92 (9.39%) was Gram-positive bacterium,668(68.16% ) was Gram-negative bacterium and 220(22.45% ) was fungi. Statistics of drug sensibility test showed Gram- positive cocci isolated from the clinical issue was high sensitive to vancomycin. It was still sensitive to nitrofurantoin and lower sensitive to other antibiotics. Gram-negative was high sensitive to imipenem. It was still sensitive to piperacillin/ tazobactam and the third- generation cephalosporins. Conclusion Drug resistance of the isolates was severe. It is suggested that there is urgent need for surveillance of bacterial resistance and rational use of antimicrobial agents should be emphasised during clinical therapy.
