摘　　要：产业结构变动无疑是影响城市贫困的重要因素之一。从理论上分析,产业结构的变动首先影响到各产业、各行业之间的劳动力数量及其构成,并进而对居民的收入结构产生影响,不同收入者表现出不同的贫困发生概率;但就现实情况而言,由于多种因素的共同作用,产业结构变动对城市贫困的影响可能并不明显。我国20世纪90年代前后的产业结构变动对城市贫困的作用过程就说明了这一点。Industry structure adjustment is one of the main factors which determine urban poverty. In theory, it affects the labor force constitution of different industries, as well as income structure of citizens. For people with different incomes, the probability of poverty is not the same. In reality, because of the combined effect of muhiple factors, industry structure adjustment may seem to have inconspicuous influence on urban poverty sometimes. For instance, industry structure adjustment before and after the 1990s is a good example of this point.
