摘 要:建立了一种用反相高效液相色谱测定啶菌噁唑的定量分析方法。采用C18ODS色谱柱,以甲醇-水(75:25,体积比)作为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长220nm。啶菌噁唑色谱图显示两个吸收峰,分别为两个同分异构体Z体和E体。在400~700μg/mL浓度范围内,标准溶液浓度和吸收峰面积之间有良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=4.8467X+232.85,相关系数r为0.9992;对原药溶液及其制剂溶液测定的重复性SR分别为0.0040和0.0047。该方法准确、精密,适用于啶菌噁唑的定量分析。A method for quantitative analysis of fungicide SYP-Z048 [5- (4-chlorophenyl) -2,3-dimeth- yl-3-( pyridine-3-yl )-oxazoline]was developed by a reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatograph. The chromatogram of SYP-Z048 showed two absorbance peak by a C18ODS column, which belonged to Z and E, respectively. The mobile phase consisted of methanol and water (V/V =75:25 ) and the flow rate was 1 mL/min. The wavelength of detector was 220 nm. When concentration of standard solvent ranged from 400 - 700 μg/mL, there was good linear relationship between concentration of standard solvent and area of absorbed peak. The regression equation was Y = 4.846 7X + 232.85, and the correlation coefficient of the standard curve was 0.999 2. The repeatability SR of technical SYP-Z048 and its formulation were 0. 004 0, 0. 004 7, respectively. The method was oroved to be accurate and orecise to successfully measure the SYP-Z048.
