摘　　要：中国现代大学组织设计具有突出的层级特征。综合分析大学组织设计中的各类层级模型,可以发现高等教育发展存在着许多内在规律,分析这些规律有利于更为全面的审视层级化的大学组织设计结构,便于整合各种资源,协调各种关系,进行科学管理,促进高等教育的协调发展。Chinese universities are significantly characteristic of an arranged status. A general comparison and analysis of the different hierarchy will help find the regular pattern of high education development, enquire into the arrangements of universities being organized, facilitate optimizing educational resources, enhance scientific management, and promote a healthy and coordinated development of higher education.
