摘 要:以克拉玛依常压渣油为原料,在6 MPa的初氢压、440℃的条件下,在间歇式反应釜中模拟悬浮床加氢裂化过程,以此来评价铜醇系列催化剂在渣油悬浮床加氢过程中的作用.结果表明:在铜醇系列催化剂的作用下,渣油加氢产物中500℃以下馏分油的收率提高了1.9~4.7个百分点,尾油中甲苯不溶物的质量分数降低了1.3~3.6个百分点;甲醇作为催化剂的溶剂,在反应过程中能够将催化剂很好地分散到反应体系中,减少了结焦中心的形成,在一定程度上抑制了反应过程的结焦.Using Karamay atmospheric residue as feedstocks, under the conditions of hydrogen primary pressure 6. 0 MPa and 440 ℃ ,the slurry bed hydrocracking process was simulated in the batch reactor, and the effects of the catalyst series of nitric copper and methanol in slurry bed hydrocracking process was evaluated. The results showed that under the catalyst series of nitric copper and methanol,the yield of the distillate below 500 ℃ of the residuum hydrogenation product increased by 1.9% -4.7% ,the yield of the toluene insolu bles decreased by 1.3% -3.6%. Methanol as the solvent of the catalyst could disperse the catalyst to the reacting system well, avoiding the formation of coking central and inhibiting coking in the reaction process to a degree.
