摘　　要：目的探讨骨折对患者心理状况的影响与护理干预对策。方法对231例入住我院的骨折患者进行90项症状清单(SCL-90)测定[1],并予以分析。结果骨折患者均存在不同程度的心理问题(障碍):焦虑、抑郁、躯体化等,在椎骨、骨盆、股骨骨折患者及女性患者更为明显。结论应加强对骨折患者的心理护理与干预。Objective To study the influence of fracture on patients. Methods 231 inpatients with fracture were recruited to complete SCL - 90 test. Results It was found that the patients all had mental disorder of varied degrees. The scores were relatively high for anxiety, depression and somatization in the patients with fracture of the spinal and/or pelvis, and were higher in females than in males. Conclusion The patients with fracture need special nursing care to improve their mental health.
