高碳醇磷酸酯加脂剂的结构与组成对皮革性能的影响

摘　　要：对高碳醇磷酸酯加脂剂的结构和组成与皮革性能之间的相关性进行了研究。结果表明随着高碳醇磷酸酯碳链长度的增加,成革的填充性、防水性增加,柔软性、丝光感降低,而油润感、粒面细致程度十六醇磷酸酯的效果最好。高碳醇磷酸酯中单酯含量高有利于提高成革的感观效应,而双酯含量高对成革的防水性、填充性有利。The relationship between structure and composition of higher carbon alcohol phosphoric ester fat liquor and leather properties was studied .Result shows with the increasing of carbon, the fullness and waterproofing properties were better, and the softness and silky feel decreased. The grain is good with 16carbom alcohol phosphate fat liquor. The high monophosphoric ester content favoured the effect of feeling, whilst the high di-phosphoric ester content of favoured waterproofing and filling properties.
