补髓生血颗粒剂治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药复方补髓生血颗粒剂治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予补髓生血颗粒剂,对照组给予再障生血片,两组均以3个月为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后观察疗效及血象、骨髓象的变化。结果:治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组和对照组对外周血象较疗前均有明显改善(P<0.05),治疗组疗后除PLT外(P>0.05),各项指标均优于对照组(P<0.05),但两组疗后与正常组相比仍有差异(P<0.05),而两组患者疗后骨髓象虽有一定改善但是并无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中药复方补髓生血颗粒剂对慢性再生障碍性贫血有确切的治疗作用,且疗效优于再障生血片。Discussing the clinical effect of Bushuishengxue Granule to chronic aplastic anemia(CAA)patients.Method:Sixty patients were divided into experiment group and control group.The former was treated with Bushuishengxue Granule,and the latter was fed with Zaizhangshengxue Tablet.Three months was described as one period of treatment.After two periods,clinical effect was observed.Also,the change of hemogram and myelogram were analyzed.Results:The effect of control experiment group was superior to that of control group(P<(0.05)).The hemograms of both groups were bettered(P<(0.05)),but were still different from the normal level(P<(0.05)).All the indexes,except for PLT(P>(0.05)),were superior to that of the control group(P<(0.05)).Althought the meylograms of the two groups were improved to some extend,there were no statistical significance(P<(0.05)).Conclusion:Bushuishengxue Granule is an effective drug to CAA.Moreover,it is more effective than Zaizhangshengxue Tablet.
