摘　　要：应用分子斑点杂交、原位杂交技术，观察了大鼠烧伤早期肾脏各时相点的内皮素－１（ＥＴ－１）ｍＲＮＡ的表达和定位变化。结果表明：烧伤早期肾脏ＥＴ－１ｍＲＮＡ含量明显上升，分布有所变化，且为肾脏自身分泌释放（自分泌／旁分泌）。The expression and localization changes of endothelin 1 mRNA (ET 1 mRNA) at different time points after severe burns were observed in the kidneys of rats with northern blot and in situ hybridization. It was found that ET 1 mRNA content was significantly increased and its localization was changed. ET 1 was mainly secreted and released by the kidneys themselves (auto or para secretion). The reasons for the above findings were briefly discussed.
