摘　　要：介绍了PC钢丝用W77MnA高碳钢盘条的试制过程,对采用200 mm×200 mm连铸坯直接轧制大规格盘条的实物质量进行了检验,给出了试制结果,分析了试制中出现的问题,并提出了改进措施。试制结果表明,该钢种试制工艺路线正确,产品性能达到要求,满足了用户生产1 570 MPa级钢丝的需要。This paper introduces the trial production of W77MnA for PC steel wire at WISCO. The large size wire rolled from 200 mm×200 mm blooms was inspected. The results of quality inspection are given in the paper. Some problems in trial-production are analyzed and measures to solve the problems are put forward. The research shows that the process route of W77MnA is reasonable and the properties of the product can satisfy the requirements of customers for 1 570 MPa steel wire.
