摘　　要：在伊朗欠平衡空气钻井项目中,针对常规减震器难以满足作业需要的问题,研制了JZH165—Ⅱ型空气机械减震器。介绍了该空气机械减震器关键零部件的设计,包括花键心轴的表面处理技术、联接筒体设计、减震源碟形弹簧组合设计、密封及支承设计。现场应用表明,该空气机械减震器性能可靠,满足空气钻井需要,可以有效地保护钻头和钻具,降低钻井成本,提高钻井效率。最后对欠平衡钻井技术的发展作了预测。Model JZH165-II mechanical shock absorber isdeveloped by Beijing Petroleum Machinery Factory to meet the need of air drilling project in Iron. The deign and machining of the key components of this shock absorber is introduced,including the surface treatment of the spline mandrel,the design of disc spring and connecting housing,and the configuration of sealing and bearing. The field application shows that the shock absorber is reliable and can obviously improve the efficiency of air drilling.
