摘  要:针对中原油田中后期开发存在的液面降低、泵挂加深使得抽油机载荷增加、冲程损失增大、杆管偏磨严重等问题,研制了新型无杆水力采油装置。该装置采用球阀换向,冲程长、冲次低。现场试验时SC38—74—4.8型无杆水力采油装置与常规管式抽油泵联用,下泵深度1650m,冲程4.8m,冲次2.7min-1,日注水量72m3,产出液60m3。结果表明,新型无杆水力采油装置延长了抽油泵的使用寿命,彻底根除了杆管偏磨,采用球阀换向,对动力液要求较低,日常维护简单。In consideration of the problems of low liquid level and higher pump hanging depth at the middle and late stages of production in Zhongyuan Oilfield,a new type of rodless pumping device is developed. The pumping device uses ball valve to reverse,and it runs with long stroke and low pumping speed. During the field test,Model SC 38-74-4.8 hydraulic rodless pumping device is used with conventional tubular liner pump,and its running depth is 1650m with 4.8 m stroke and 2.7 min-1 pumping speed,daily water injection is 72 m3,liquid production is 60 m3. The result shows that life of subsurface pumps is prolonged and the eccentric wear of rod and tubing is thoroughly eliminated by using the new pumping device.
