武汉市土地利用结构信息熵演变及动力分析

摘　　要：采用武汉市建成区1990～2003年土地利用及相关的社会经济统计数据作为研究的基础数据，借助信息论的信息熵原理，分析了武汉市土地利用结构的动态演变特征，利用主成分与灰色关联相结合的分析方法得出了武汉市土地利用结构变动的主要动力因子．研究表明：武汉市土地利用信息熵持续下降，均衡度、优势度呈波动状态，土地利用职能相对收缩．土地空间利用类型表现出不均衡态势，土地利用开发经历了1990～1994年的剧变期和1995～2003年的平稳期两个阶段；影响武汉市士地利用结构变动的主要因子有城市产业结构变化拉动因子、城市建设与改造压力因子、城市福利与城市社会结构变化推动因子，其中前两者的影响更为显著．Adapt the statistic data of urban land - use and community and economy from 1990 to 2003 in Wuhan, based on information entropy and equilibrium and advantage degree of information theory. The paper has analyzed the rule of dynamic evolvement of urban land - use structure, which the types of land - use are diminishing and urban land - use is not equilibrium, urban land - use has come through two moment such as revulsion from 1990 to 1994 and calm from 1994 to 2003. The driving forces have also been found using FAM and GRM, which are the towing force of city industrial structure and the pressing force of city construction and reconstruction, the driving factor of city welfare and social structure. Additionally, the forward two forces are more significant.
