颈康宁胶囊对小鼠脑缺血的影响

摘　　要：目的观察颈康宁胶囊对小鼠脑缺血的影响。方法以生理盐水组为阴性对照,尼莫地平组为阳性对照,小鼠分别灌胃给予不同剂量颈康宁胶囊(0.75,1.5和3.0 g.kg-1),观察颈康宁胶囊对断头小鼠喘气时间的影响、对结扎双侧颈总动脉及迷走神经小鼠存活时间的影响。结果颈康宁胶囊(3.0 g.kg-1)能明显延长断头小鼠喘气时间、结扎双侧颈总动脉及迷走神经小鼠存活时间(P<0.01),颈康宁胶囊(1.5 g.kg-1)能明显延长断头小鼠喘气时间(P<0.05)。结论颈康宁胶囊对小鼠脑缺血有保护作用。Objective To observe the influence of different dose Jingkangning mice. Methods The group with 0.9 % sodium chloride were used as the neg were used as the possive, and the influence of different dose Jingkangning （0.75,1.5,3.0 g· kg^- 1）on the duration time of the mice without head and rotid artery and vagus ligature was studied. Results Jingkangning Capsules （ Capsules ative, the capsules on cerebral ischemia in gro by the mice wit 3.0 g·kg^- 1） up with nimodipine intragastric feeding h both common cafairly increased the duration time of the mice without head and the mice with both common carotid artery and vagus ligature （P〈0.01）. Jingkangning Capsules （1. 5 g · kg^- 1 ）increased the duration time of the mice without head （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Jingkangning Capsules possess the effect against cerebral ischemia in mice .
