摘  要:分析了活齿端面谐波齿轮工作啮合副啮合面积的变化规律及影响因素,并按照活齿齿数与波发生器的波数及端面齿轮齿数关系的不同,分别进行了探讨,推导出了相应的计算公式,为进一步研究活齿端面谐波齿轮工作啮合副的承载能力和强度理论打下了基础。The end face harmonic gear drive of oscillating teeth, integrating advantages of radial harmonic gear drive and oscillating teeth drive, was of advanced oscillating-teeth transmission mechanism applicable to high speed ratio and high power reducers and hence had extensive application prospect. In this paper, changing disciplinarian to and influencing factors on the meshing area of the mashing pair of the oscillating-teeth end face harmonic gear drive were analyzed, the relationship between the number of oscillating teeth, the wave number of the wave generator, as well as the number of end face gear teeth were discussed respectively to deduce the corresponding formula, which actually layed foundation for further research on carrying capaci- ty and stress theory of the meshing pair of the oscillating-teeth end face gear.
