摘  要:通过对双河油田开发井自控式泄油器故障的统计分析,找出了该种泄油器故障产生的主要原因。针对故障原因以及油田生产实际,将原泄油器滑套控制装置改为采用密闭弹簧钢球结构,并进行故障模式分析,消除了自控式泄油器的故障原因,在现场应用后取得了良好效果。Based on statistic analysis of automatic-controlled oil drain device in Shuanghe exploring well, the key causes have been found out of leading to the oil drain device fault. In accordance with the faulty reason and the oilfield production facts, the control equipment of the sliding set on oil drain device has been transformed into steal spherical structure of closed spring. Meanwhile, by the analysis of faulty mode, the faulty cause of the automatic-controlled oil drain device has been removed. Therefore, the good effect has been gotten from its use on the site.
