摘 要:针对450 t/h循环流化床锅炉各参数间的强耦合、大迟延等特性导致的协调控制系统难以投入的问题,对其协调控制系统进行了试验研究。研究发现:在“炉跟机”协调控制方式下,为了保证主汽压力的调节品质,给煤量的变化幅度很大,导致床温的变化过快,对锅炉运行的稳定性也产生一定的影响;在“机跟炉”协调控制方式下,给煤量的变化比较平缓,虽然有功功率的响应比较慢,但是整体调节效果比“炉跟机”方式要好。Experimental research work on coordinated control systems has been pushed ahead after difficulties were met with, when such a system was put into operation with a 450 t/h CFB boiler, caused by the boiler's particular strong coupling of parameters and pronounced time of delay. It was found that in the "boiler following turbine" mode of operation, efforts, to maintain the fresh steam pressure's control quality, cause large coal feed variations, which in turn cause the bed's temperature to sway at too high a rate, effecting, to a certain degree, the boiler's stability. In case control is conducted in the "turbine following boiler" mode, coal feeding variations will be relatively moderate and the control effect, as a whole, will be more satisfactory than in the former case, though the active power response will be slower.
