摘 要:介绍了制备DS01型铝基氧化铜脱硫剂的方法。对脱硫剂进行了烟气循环脱硫-再生的实验,采用X射线衍射分析了铝基氧化铜对硫氧化物的吸附性能。热态实验和测试分析表明,DS01型铝基氧化铜吸附剂硫化性能稳定;含量6.2%CuO的吸附剂在X-射线衍射图谱上没有发现CuO晶相,表明吸附剂表面出现单层分散;使用该脱硫剂进行烟气多次循环脱硫,CuO微晶粒并没有发生明显的团聚现象,表明吸附剂多次循环使用其活性不减。Sulfur oxide adsorbing capability of aluminum supported copper oxide in flue gas is mainly being discussed, together with an introduction to ways of preparing DS01 aluminum supported copper oxide absorbents, and an account of the desulfurization capability of the sorbents, test studied by desulfurization-regeneration experiments in circulating flue gas, as well as their sulfurization property as analyzed with XRD (x-ray diffraction). Hot state tests and analysis results show that DS01 absorbents have a stable sulfurization property; no CuO crystals were found in sorbents containing 6.2 % CuO according to their XRD spectrum, which indicates a monolayer CuO structure dispersed on the absorbent's surface; no obvious clustering of CuO micro-crystals was observed during repeated desulfurization-regeneration cycling tests, demonstrating that the activity hasn't diminished after many times of recycled utilization.
