摘  要:分析了暂冲式短周期涡轮试验台的工作特点和运行特性,提出了适合该类试验台的涡轮性能测试方法,并对该测试方法进行了误差分析,在此基础上根据目前通用的各类传感器和测试仪表所能达到的精度指标,预估了该测试方法可能达到的性能测试的误差指标.研究表明:短周期涡轮试验在功率、转速、流量等参数的测量方法上有其特殊性;在总的涡轮性能测试指标上短周期涡轮试验完全可以达到,甚至超过连续式涡轮试验的精度;在短周期涡轮试验中,需特别注意各测量参数的同步性.The working characteristics and operating specialty of blow-down short duration turbine testing rigs are analyzed. Turbine performance measurement method for this type of rig is put forward and its error analysis is made. The error range of aerodynamic performance by this means is preliminarily estimated according to the general precision of the current varied transducers and testing equipments. It is pointed out that the measurement methods for turbine power, turning speed and flow mass rate of the short duration testing rig has its specialties, and that a higher testing accuracy can be reached for the short duration rig, and that especial attention should be paid to the testing synchronization for its varied parameters.
