摘　　要：目的探讨形状记忆合金网状支架治疗良性高危前列腺增生症的疗效。方法回顾分析2000年11月至2004年11月应用镍钛形状记忆合金网状支架治疗高危前列腺增生症35例临床资料。结果34例一次治疗成功，30例术后立即自行排尿，4例术后3d恢复自主排尿，总有效率97．1％（34／35）。结论镍钛形状记忆合金网状支架治疗前列腺增生症安全、有效、近期疗效满意。Objective To evaluate the effect of Nicked-Titanium Shape-Memory alloy net-like stent in the treatment of high risk patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods 35 high risk patients with benign prostaic hyperplasia were treated with Nickel-Titanium Shape-Memory alloy net-like steer from 2000 to 2004. The results were analyzed retrospectively. Results 34 cases of the disease were treated successfully at the first session, 30 cases could urinate immediately after treatment. 4 patients had a normal urination in 3 days after operation, the total efficacy rate is 97.1% （34/35 ）. Conclusion It shows that Nickel-Titanium Shape-Memory alloy net-like stent for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia is safe and effective. The short-term efficacy is satisfactory.
