三次预真空压力蒸汽灭菌器与卡式压力蒸汽灭菌器在牙科高速手机腔管内灭菌效果的比较研究

摘　　要：目的比较研究三次预真空压力蒸汽灭菌器与卡式压力蒸汽灭菌器在口腔高速手机腔管内的灭活效果。方法将临床使用过的污染手机随机分为A、B两组，每组累计40只。A组经口腔专用全自动热清洗／消毒机清洗后再随机分为A1、A2两组，每组20只，分别采用三次预真空压力蒸汽灭菌器或卡式压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌；B组不经口腔专用全自动热清洗俏毒机清洗而随机分为B1、B2两组，每组20只，分别采用三次预真空压力蒸汽灭菌器或卡式压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌。灭菌前后于手机腔管内取样作细菌培养。结果A组经专用设备清洗过的40只污染手机经两种压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌后手机腔管内取样培养均无细菌生长，未清洗过的污染手机采用三次预真空压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌后手机腔管内取样培养无细菌生长，而经卡式压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌后，两只手机腔管内检出有细菌生长。结论经过全自动热清洗／消毒机清洗过的高速手机使用预真空压力蒸汽灭菌器或卡式压力蒸汽灭菌器均可达到手机腔管内细菌灭活的效果。高速手机的专业清洗是达到腔管内灭菌效果不可忽视的重要步骤。Objective To compare the sterile effects inside the chambers of high-speed dental handpieces between using the class B autoclave and the cassette autoclave, Methods The infected high-speed handpieces were divided int two groups called A and B group respectively with random and each group accumulated 40 handpieces. Then 40 handpleces in group A were washed by the dental instrument washer/disinfector and divided into two group of M and A2 with random and each group accumulated 20 handpieces, The handpieces in group M were sterilized by the class B autoclave and group A2 by the cassette autoclave. The other 40 handpieces in group B were not washed by the dental instrument washer/disinfector and divided into two group of B1 and 132 with random and each group accumulated 20 handpieces too. The handpieces in group B1 were sterilized by the class B autoclave and group 132 by the cassette autoclave. All above the 80 handpieces were taken a simple in the chamber to make bacterial cultures before and after sterilization. Results None of the 40 handpieces cleaned with the dental instrument washer/disinfector showed bacterial examination positive in the chamber no matter what autoclave sterilized with. The handpieces without washing with the dental instrument washer/disinfector prior sterilization can completely sterilized by the class B autoclave, but two handpleces sterilized by the cassette autoclave showed bacterial examination positive in the chamber. Conclusion The bacteria in the chambers of high-speed handpieces which washed by dental instrument washer/disinfector prior sterilization could be sterilized completely by two autoclaves. The procedure of special washing was very important in dental handpleces sterilization.
