摘　　要：目的探讨儿童过敏性紫癜（HSP）胃镜下胃肠道黏膜改变的特点及其与幽门螺杆菌（Hp）的关系。方法对我院收治的53例过敏性紫癜患儿进行胃十二指肠内镜检查及（Hp）检测。结果胃十二指肠黏膜有不同程度的充血、水肿、糜烂、炎性改变。其中部分呈点片状出血。幽门螺杆菌（Hp）阳性36例，占67．9％。结论胃镜检查有助于了解儿童过敏性紫癜胃十二指肠黏膜的改变；采用三联疗法治疗儿童过敏性紫癜安全有效。Objective To explore the changes of gastroduodenal mucous in children with allergic purpura and the relationship with helicobacter pylori infection. Methods To summarize the endoscopic features of 53 children with allergic purpura retrospectively. Helicobacter pylori was determined.Results The changes of gastroduodenal mucous included hyperemia, edema and erosions. The positive rate of hellcobacter pylori was 67.9 % （ 36 cases）. Conclusion Gastricendoscopy can be useful to the diagnosis of allergic purpura. Helicobacter pylori may be one of the causes in allergic purpura, three combination protocal can be used in the basis of routine therapy.
