摘　　要：通过对黑龙江省冰雪体育产业现状和相关产业现状的分析发现,黑龙江省的冰雪体育经济仍存在一些问题和不足,进而提出了应对策略：做活非冰期季节的黑龙江冰雪体育经济；充分利用冰雪资源；做到投资主体多元化；职能部门引导需求、促进竞争与合作；加强冰雪体育产业管理人才培养；加强环保意识；改善经营理念,提高服务质量。In this paper we analyze the status quo of Heilongjiang province＇ s ice-snow industry of sports and relevant industries, and we find that problems and deficiencies do exist. Accordingly we offer the following countermeasures：activating the ice-snow economy of sports during non-icing seasons, making full use of ice-snow resources, realizing multi-form investment,institutions guiding demands to promote competition and cooperation,strengthening the cultivation of managerial personnel in ice-snow industry of sports,enhancing environmental consciousness,and improving business ideas and service quality.
