摘　　要：设计了一种基于S3C2410X的ARM9+linux系统组成的远程嵌入式视频监控系统,该系统通过局域网实现对现场情景的监控,首先介绍了ARM处理器的基本结构、性能等情况;然后重点论述了远程监控系统的信息传输方案,就监控软硬件的开发做了简要描述。结果表明,该系统达到设计要求,为应用ARM技术实现远程监控及视频网络传输提供了解决方案。The paper describes the design of a remote embedded video controlling system based on ARM9 S3C2410X＋linux. It realizes scene monitoring by LAN. We present the structure and the performance of ARM processor. The most important point lies in the statement of information transmission scheme of remote control system. It briefly describes the development of the software and the hardware. The results of the test show that it meets all the design requirements. So, it offers a scheme for remote monitoring and video network transmission.
