摘　　要：本文就乡村治理、乡镇政府改革问题向国内有一定知名度的专家学者进行了问卷调查。调查表明,现代乡村治理应由国家主导转向地方主导,并实现两者的有机结合。乡镇政府要按照构建现代乡村治理结构的要求,由经济建设型、任务型、管理型转向公共服务型。The paper is based on the survey from the specialists on the rural governance and the reform of township government.The survey shows that focus of the modern rural governance will be transformed from state-oriented to local-oriented and that the two should be combined properly.The township government,according to the essence of the modern rural governance structure,shall be of public-service type rather than economic construction type,mission type or administration type.
