摘　　要：Weihai is a coastal city in Shandong Province. The city is well known for its role in the bloody Jiawu sea war in 1894 between the Qing dynasty navy and the Japanese. Today, Weihai is comfortable and harmonious, a far cry from its violent past. On the seashore, a gentle breeze slowly sweeps in.
