摘　　要：硅钢连续退火炉的炉底辊质量是影响作业率和产品表面质量的主要因素之一。本文介绍了石英陶瓷辊在硅钢连续退火炉中的应用情况。对应用中出现的问题进行了分析并得到解决。在大型连续退火炉中全部采用石英陶瓷辊在国内尚属首次。目前已连续运行一年以上,情况良好,具有推广价值。The quality of hearth roll of continuous annealing furnace is one of major factors that affect work rates and surface quality of products. The application of quartz ceramics roll in silicon steel continuous annealing furnace was introduced, And the existing problems were analyzed and resolved. This was the first time in our country that all quartz ceramics rolls were used in large scale continuous annealing furnace. The furnace has been well operating over a year and is worthy for recommendation.
