摘 要:建立在旋流板设计基本理论之上,自行设计加工了十二种高罩旋流塔板;在Φ76mm有机玻璃管中测定了不同结构旋流板在不同条件下的于塔压降和湿塔压降;比较系统地研究了气液负荷、塔板参数对塔板压降的影响,得出在干塔、湿塔操作条件下,压降△P与空塔气速u、叶片仰角α、动能因子F_0、开孔率Φ、喷淋密度D的相关关系,比较了在相同操作条件下,旋流塔与填料塔的操作压降和泛点速度范围,得出旋流塔具有压降低、气液负荷高、操作弹性宽的优点,为其应用与推广提供基础参数和依据.The rotative- stream plate (RSP) was first developed in 1970. Because of its remarkable performances, it has played an important role in industry such as heat and mass transfer operation, entrainment elimination and dust removal. Twelve different RSPs were constructed and investigated. The pressure drops were studied in different operating conditions in a 76mm diameter perplex column fitted with test tray. The effects of gas load, liquid load, structures of RSP on the tray pressure drop were systematically studied. The correlations of pressure drop AP with u, x. F0 φ, D were obtained in dry and wet tray opeating condition. In the same operating condition, the pressure drop and the range of liquid limit velocity in RSP and filled tower were compared, according to the comparison, the following conclusions were made: RSP has remarkable performance including high load, low pressure drop and wide operating range.
