摘 要:通过测量N80和13Cr钢电偶电流,比较了几种缓蚀剂对电偶腐蚀的抑制效果,研究了缓蚀剂与硫脲之间的协同作用,并采用动电位扫描法对缓蚀剂BHD-Z的性能进行了研究。结果表明,添加少量的硫脲就能显著提高缓蚀剂BHD-Z的缓蚀效果。当硫脲添加量为4%时,对电偶腐蚀的抑制效果最佳。缓蚀剂BHD-Z主要抑制了腐蚀的阳极过程,属于一种阳极抑制型缓蚀剂。By measuring the couple corrosion current of 13Cr and N80 steel, the efficacy of different corrosion inhibitors were compared and the synergistic effect between the inhibitors and thiourea in couple corrosion was investigated. The behavior of the corrosion inhibitor BHD-Z was studied by measuring polarization curves. It was found that the inhibition effect of the corrosion inhibitor BHD-Z was improved when thiourea was added. The optimal dosage of thiourea was found to be 4%. The corrosion inhibitor BHD-Z mainly inhibits the anodic process and belongs to the class of anodic-type inhibitors.
