摘　　要：对堵河流域水环境保护功能区的合理划分及功能可达性分析进行了探讨。在确定了功能区划分的原则、方法、依据和水质目标并对排污趋势和水质变化趋势进行预测的基础上,分析了各功能区水质目标的可达性,计算了主要纳污河段的容许排污量和污染物削减率。对主要纳污河段治理方案进行了技术、经济优化分析。在分析结果基础上,推荐出浓度控制与总量控制相结合、总量控制点源加区域综合优化治理的规划方案,为堵河流域水质保护、排污许可证发放及污染源治理优化提供了科学依据。The paper presents discussions on the rational division of the water environment protection functional zones in Du River basin as well as analysis of the achievability of the functions. The principles, methodology and the basis of the division of functional zones are determined, the water quality standards and pollution discharge as well as the water quality variation trends are forecasted. The technical and economic analysis of treatment alternatives of the major pollution-receiving reaches of the river has also been conducted. Based on the above analysis, some recommendations on the pollution treatment approaches have been proposed.
