摘　　要：城市郊区作为一个客观存在的、介于城市和农村之间错综复杂的地域综合体,其特殊性是明显的。研究城市郊区土地利用类型、结构、布局和动态变化,可以揭示城市边缘区土地利用变化的规律,并为其合理开发与利用提供科学依据。以武汉市洪山区为例,基于调查的数据对其土地利用进行了分析。Outskirts of the city as an objective existence,somewhere between urban and rural areas complicated geographical complexes,and its specificity is obvious. Rural land-use study of urban type,structure,and dynamics of change can reveal marginal urban areas land-use change laws,and to provide reasonable exploitation and utilization of scientific basis.The paper takes Hongshan District Wuhan City for an example,and the data from its survey analysises the status and land-use changes.
