摘　　要：以2只实测样品为例,介绍催化器起燃温度测量方法,分析安装部位和催化器起燃温度的差异对摩托车排放起动循环工况净化效果的影响,还据此分析了提高起动循环工况净化效果的催化器布局方案。通过深入解析排放温度、催化器性能、催化器布局等因素,展现其间的相互影响和作用并提出应对国Ⅲ排放的建议。This paper introduces the measurement of the convertor initiation burning temperature, analyses the influence of the difference between the mounting position and the temperature of the convertor initiation burning upon the purification effect under the motorcycle starting cycle mode, accordingly it also analyses the layout solutions of the convertor when the purification effect lifts under the starting cycle mode. This paper raises proposals of dealing with the national Ⅲ standard after deeply analyzing the temperature, convertor performance and convertor layout.
