摘 要:除草剂在水-土壤系统中的降解、吸附和迁移等环境行为是支配其在土壤环境中的生物有效性和持留性的重要因素。草甘膦是目前使用最为广泛的除草剂,其在水-土壤系统中的环境行为开始引起广泛的关注。概述了草甘膦在水-土壤系统中的降解、吸附、迁移等环境行为,探讨了水-土壤系统pH值、土壤有机质及粘粒矿物质对环境行为的影响以及草甘膦对地下水的潜在风险。The degradation, adsorption and mobility in water-soil system of herbicide are dominated factors to affect the bio-efficiency and lasting in the soil environment. Glyphoste is a non-selective, systemic, post-emergence herbi- cide widely used in crop and forest to prevent grass and shrub competition with planted seedlings around the world. With the far-ranging use of the glyphosate, the environmental fate have been concerned deeply by many researchers. The studies indicated that glyphosate may be leached from the root zone into drainage water and ground water and the purpose of this review is mainly to present and discuss the state of knowledge with respect to the adsorption, mobility and leaching of glyphosate in soil-water system. In addition, the effects of the pH, OM%, and clay% in soil on environmental fates are discussed.
