摘　　要：金融控股公司在我国处于萌芽状态,公司治理是其难点,本文分析了我国金融控股公司治理结构存在的问题,提出了从母子公司边界、董事会的独立性、股权多元化、高管激励机制和完善监事会职能等方面进行治理的重要性。The financial holding company is at the embryonic stage in our country, the corporate governance is its difficulty. This article analyzed our country finance holding company to corporate governance existence the question, proposed the mother-son subsidiary company boundary, board of directors＇s independence, the stockholder＇s rights multiplication, the high management drove aspect and so on mechanism and consummation board of supervisors function carried on the government the importance.
