摘 要:采用含毒介质法和菌丝生长速率法,测定紫草不同溶剂提取物对4种常见植物病原细菌和6种病原真菌的抑菌作用。结果表明,石油醚、乙酸乙酯、氯仿各提取物对植物病原细菌和病原真菌均表现较强的抑菌活性,3种提取物对细菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)在0.5~1.5g/L,不同溶剂提取物的作用效果差异不明显;对真菌的作用效果石油醚提取物优于氯仿,乙酸乙酯溶剂本身抑制真菌菌丝生长,不同真菌对同种提取物的敏感性有差异。The antimicrobial activities of the extracts from Arnebia euchroma (Royle) Johnst with different solvents were studied by poison media technique ancl hypha growth rate methods. The results showed that the extracts with petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and chloroform respectively had strong inhibition effects on microorganisms respectly, and the minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) of them all were between 0. 5-1. 5 g/L. The sensitivities of the three extracts to germs had no significant differences, while there were some differeneial sensitivities to fungi between different solvents with petroleum ether extracts had stronger inhibition effects than chloroform extracts. Furthermore, ethyl acetate could prevent the fungi growthing properhy.
