针灸在上消化道钡餐透视中对促进胃排空的研究

摘　　要：目的评价针灸与胃动力药在钡餐透视中增加胃动力的应用价值。方法136例胃肠钡餐检查所示胃排出迟缓及障碍者,随机分为针刺组76例和口服胃动力药组(对照组)60例,针刺组采用针刺足三里、上巨虚、耳穴,部分兼刺中腕、内关、太冲。对照组给予口服吗丁啉。结果76例胃排空迟缓及障碍者,经针灸后72例钡剂可迅速排出,占94.74%;60例口服吗丁啉者,50例钡剂短时内排出,占83.3%。结论针刺足三里或兼刺耳穴等其他相关穴位,对钡餐透视中胃排出迟缓者有较为明显的效果,该方法在增加胃动力,促进胃排空方面,优于胃动力药,且简便易行,无副反应,有推广价值。Objective To evaluate the effect on acupuncture and gastric motor drug improving gastric motor during barium meal fluoroscopy. Methods 136 cases with slow gastric emptying were randomized into control group （ n = 60 ） ,which was administrated Motilium and acupuncture group （ n = 76 ） , which was treated by zusanli, Erxue acupuncture, partly Shangjuxu Zhongwan, Neiguan, Taichong. Results Barium meal could empty promptly in 72 of 76 （ 94. 74% ） in acupuncture group and in 50 of 60 （ 83.33% ） in control group with significantly difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ） between the two group. Conclusion Acupuncture can obviously improve gastric emptying, superior to gastric motor drug, moreover has simply, easy, no side-effect personality and should be applied.
